Ok, so my freezer jam that I made a few weeks ago is slowly but surely approaching it’s expiration date. So I had to figure out a way to use it up! Here’s where these super fudgy chocolatey and tart brownies come in.
There is only one brownie mix that I absolutely swear by, Ghirardelli’s Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix . This batter is so damn delicious every time I make them I question why I didn’t just stick a straw in the bowl and drink it instead of bake it.
So basically I just baked the brownies as directed and let them cool then topped with my deliciously tart and not too sweet jam! This jam was a perfect topping for these brownies because it cut the richness a bit with the tartness of the rhubarb and strawberries.
